Shipping Information

Starfish Kidz offers flat rate shipping charges within Canada so that you know what to expect before you get to the checkout.

If you would like to utilize the FREE PICK-UP for local area (Port Moody)  please let us know with a note at check out. Your shipping will be refunded to you once we book a date for pick up.

Within Canada we ship with Canada Post expedited parcel service. Flat rate shipping fees are as follows:

When will my order be sent?

We expect to process your order within 5 business days after receipt of payment, although we strive to ship all orders within 3 business days.

When will I receive my order?

For Canadian orders, these should be received by or customer within 10 business days after receipt of payment. However this time line is subject to external factors which are not under Starfish Kidz control and therefore we cannot guarantee this time line.  

Do you ship to P.O. Boxes?

Regrettably, we do not ship to P.O. Boxes. Please provide us with a physical address. If you live in a rural area that only has P.O. Boxes, please email us and we will happily work out a way to ship your order to you.

 International Orders

We are happy to send our products to wherever you designate. Therefore if you email your order to us at  sales@starfishkidz.com  then we can provide you with a quote for shipping, prior to finalizing your order. For US and international orders, please allow extra delivery time as there may be a delay with customs clearance. When shipping to the United States or internationally, there may be additional duties and taxes applicable; these are the responsibility of the customer, not Starfish Kidz. please note we do not ship to international P.O. Boxes

Returns & Exchanges

We hope that you will enjoy your purchases as much as we enjoy bringing them to you.  However, if for any reason, you are not satisfied with the product, we will do everything we can to help make things right! 

Within 14 days of your order date, we will gladly refund the full cost of the item – no questions asked. Between 14 days and 30 days after your order date, should you choose to return your item, we will provide you with an online store credit at starfish Kidz, which will be yours to use for up to 1 year from your purchase date.

Please note, the cost of the product will be refunded, however the shipping charges cannot be refunded (unless of course we made a mistake).  The shipping cost incurred to return the item back to Starfish Kidz must also be covered by you.  Finally, we will not be able to issue a refund if the merchandise is not in its original condition or packaging.

To return an item:

1. Please fill out the return/exchange form which is included in the original packaging.  Please ensure that you let us know why you are returning the item, as this will help us do better next time. Please be sure to include your name, address, phone number, and e-mail address. 

2. Securely package the item(s) to be returned so it travels back safely to us.

3. Ship the package via Canada Post or UPS to the following address:

4. Starfish kidz will deal with the returned item in a timely manner, and the exchange or refund will be issued within a few weeks. Credit card refunds may take longer to allocate, due to billing cycles.
